His observations apply as much to the malaise in British politics and media as they do to the USA.
I spent an hour looking at CNN, MSNBC and other 'liberal' US media and feel that he's being pretty restrained - the scumbucketry on show is nauseating.

Mann is a mendacious pushy git - we know that - challenging and getting wider exposure of his antics is still a worthwhile goal. The support he receives from other quackademics like Bristol's Cabot Institute is a complete bluidy disgrace.

They hadn't invented Climate Science when I did O Level Geography in the late 1970s with the New Ice Age scare still very fresh in everyone's minds, but Geography, History, Science, Religious Knowledge, Classics etc all understood that the climate warmed and cooled over decades and centuries.

The BBC and Europhiles have consistently portrayed anyone supporting BREXIT as extremist/Right Wing/Populist etc, without ever considering WHY 50% of the UK population is fed up with the EU.
The Conservatives have had an issue with their MP's having issues with the EEC/EU for over 20 years, and those MPs tended to have the support of their constituencies.
Labour never asked their constituencies, and just assumed that Socialists would never align with the Right Wingers.
BREXIT is a consequence of the arrogance of Europhiles, ignoring the (mostly) silent majority of the population. See Macron for guidance on how to achieve the same result in a tenth of the time. Was he a Management Consultant?

It's only climate "scientists" who now decide that both the local erosion, and deposition elsewhere, are signs of global warming and impeding catastrophe.
