It’s strange media don’t used the word Labexit nor Conexit
… If they did that would alert us that
: The MP’s are leaving their parties, that refuse to reform
: Just as we voted to leave an EU, that refuses to reform

One of the pleasing effects is that these three could now not have an effect on who is the next Tory Leader.

I recommend this from Paul Homewood and other sources.

If a General Election is called soon (I blieve inevidable) it will remove all the trouble makes in one fell swoop.

Three Conservative MPs have ditched the Conservative Party.

British Politicians are increasingly irrelevant if we Remain with the unelected EU Dictatorship.

East Yorks Council is meeting to order the closure of the West Newton anti-fracking camp
Protesters new ruse :
"We are here just to monitor the safety of the site, cos the government doesn't have the resources"

Sounds like a mafia line ,,We know they are there to disrupt the job and intimidate
... and that is illegal
The council should have clear evidence that that is what they what they have been doing
... But councils are such snowflakes these days.
Looks like caravans and awnings are parked on the verges right up to the edge of the tarmac
..therefore that is a severe safety issue.

\\ a burning camp fire next to a Gas Facility is not very safe for themselves or the crews working. Cinders, sparks and naked flames are not bed partners with gas //

If I bought the bread, and I paid for the bread, what business is it of anybody to say what I can do with it?

I'd buy a small loaf, but I can get a large for a few pennies more. I may or may not eat it all while it's fresh but if I don't it's up to me to deal with the rest. I need no help to find ways to dispose of it.

Is there so little news going on in the world that we have to have pressure group propaganda all the time, to go with the unopposed Press Release content?

I can't help laugh at the drive to make bread and butter pudding to stop us wasting bread interspersed with stories about obesity.

If the nation wastes about 50 of bread then surely we should be buying it half as often and freezing what we won't use straight away?

That second story ("apples or raspberries?") is all about Mike Berners-Lee. Coincidence that the the BBC gives him a plug when he has a new book out?

Most recent tweet on his twitter-feed:

"My new book 'There is No Planet B: A Handbook for the Make of Break years.' Advanced copies just arrived. More info at https://theresnoplanetb.net/ "

The "Science" page of the BBC website is ramping it up this morning:
