Rady Johnson, an executive Vice President of Pfizer, has been arrested at his home and charged with multiple counts of fraud by federal agents.
According to several sources ....
- now if that was a Shell or BP VP that got hauled off by the Feds - we'd be saturated already with coverage and media stake-outs.

thanks
I'd like to see Lucas and Figueres dosed with Ayhuasca before any media appearances.- the drug of choice in the trendy mindfulness set as I hear it.

Some relief from the parade of craziness
EU officials are being sent on “inner green deal” courses, incorporating woodland walks near Brussels and meditation sessions, to boost “environmental compassion” and help with their "personal despair" in the face of "eco-anxiety.”

There's an investment opportunity in there.

- you can condemn Russia's invasion of Ukraine and still criticise the Zelensky regime ?
- not in Spain apparently - as Anatoly Shariy has discovered - he'd previously been granted *asylum* by the EU in 2012 after fleeing persecution by the government of Viktor Yanukovich, who, icymi was pro-Russian.
torque up the fear, ban complaining, criminalise the opposition
I give up Robert. I'm not going to get through to a guy who believes in homeopathy and then bandies the word 'scientism' about.
tomo,
There was a fun exchange at a science gabfest about 20 years ago. The panel included pro-nuclear Ben Selinger and anti-nuclear Peter Garrett. When Selinger was asked what he'd do to ensure public acceptance of nuclear R&D in Australia, he started by saying that he'd make sure that a known anti-nuclear person, such as Garrett, would have a supervisory role. Garrett interrupted saying "Easy. I'd shut it down". Great applause from the audience. Selinger wasn't put out: "To help Mr Garrett understand the sorts of problems he might help with: smoke detectors contain appreciable amounts of Americium 241; they work for about 25 years and then need to be safely disposed of. How would he like us to deal with that radioactive waste problem?". Garrett had nothing to say. The audience was pretty subdued too, apart from a few enthusiastic clappers. Good fun.
That doesn't look to be what they're doing in the US. Just a cuckoo's egg right into the middle of the nest.
- and yes it's too wow to be true...
