TinyCO2: yes, and I bet he heats his house with.... sharp intake of breath.... adopt a scowling expression..... FOSSIL FUELS.

Is his computer powered by a dynamo with him pedalling furiously as he surfs the internet?

Entropic Man, how do you plead? This is no flippant query: your integrity is in question.

Lpg buses are not uncommon across Europe, perhaps the traditional pavement cafés and diesel exhausts not mixing well.

What's going on in NI ?
someone writes
\\ About a month ago I noticed an article in the Belfast Telegraph where one of our MLAs highlighted the tensions between locals and the recently arrived and growing numbers of Roma in my hometown. The local crime rate has soared, levels of anti-social behaviour have rocketed, services are under real pressure and paramilitaries are becoming involved. This article appeared on 28/09/18 and I wrote about the lack of interest shown in it by the bBBC

(The BBC thinks) that an ongoing problem in one of our largest provincial towns was of no interest or relevance and so have given it no coverage whatsoever until yesterday, 26/10/18, a month after it became news. //

I blame EM for his CO2 emissions, regardless of his excuses. We all have reasons for our CO2 footprint and most of them are reasonable. It's typical of warmists to live in the 'do as I say, not as I do' world. It's never their choices that limit their ability to cut CO2, it's always someone else's. If all the warmists cut their CO2 as they demand the rest of us do, we'd be halfway to their 'utopia'.

Perhaps we should be grateful that the EU isn't trying to maintain its borders in the same way the United States did. Or that it didn't base Maastricht on the Spanish constitution.

Ross Lea, search for Global Greening. There is a consensus it is happening, but now "The Consensus" has reverted to denial. Perhaps warmer/cooler and wetter/drier go in cycles, and nobody really understands why.

If you can stick a nuclear power plant in a submarine, why not park a few on lake beds or the sea bed near towns and cities, with a trailing extension lead plugged into to charge-up the local electricity mains supply?

Ross Lea,
With the increase in CO2 by 150ppm? Since1900 the proportion of other gases must have also hanged with the fact that the O2 probably came from the atmosphere then I would guess it's caused a marginal reduction in proportion of oxygen. Longer term as a result of efforts by Western governments I'd I'd expect the oxygen level to rapidly increase as global temperature falls.

@Ross "15% increase in global vegetation"
Wow that sounds a lot

Does it include sea based plantlife ? which may generate a lot of O2

Mark , see it's that childlike thinking I was talking about
The weird focus on personal cars
: for reducing CO2
: for self driving tech
They are pennies, whereas trucks are the pounds that are much more significant in both matters
