Juncker claims that Trump is ignorant, doesn't understand the dossier and doesn't realise that he's bound to the agreement for at least three years. Juncker is the ignorant one. Leaving the Paris agreement needs 3 years notice - but if the USA leaves the agreement to which Paris is a protocol, that only requires a year's notice.
