Tomo. How are we to tell which frauds are real and which are from UN agencies?

Good point GolfCharlie, but herein ALL Russians are Persil white, and the West (excepting Trump) is misinformation central.

Radical Rodent,

It seems the only people who weren't actually colluding with them RUSSIANZ was Trumps campaign! Everyone else was going at it like fat chicks in a chocolate factory!

Secondly, Trump made a very good point while in China when asked about the Russians...sooner or later (if it hasn't happened already) people are going to end up dead because of this fixation on Russian collusion!

Finally...we need to get through BREXIT ASAP. The longer it lingers on the greater the chance the BBC and everyone else has of undermining leaving the EU and we actually end up staying in the EU but as inferior citizens! That would be bad for everyone!

Putin is the most powerful man in Russia, but that does not mean he is the only powerful man in Russia. Russian oligarchs did not achieve vast wealth from the wreckage of Communism purely by luck combined with studying economics.

There may be Russian money and dirty tricks involved in US, UK, EU etc politics, but that does not mean it is all coming from Putin, or even benefitting him.

Rivalries between Russians have led to murders outside Russia.

Delingpole:

Theresa May has an unerring knack for focusing on issues no one gives a shit about and turning a blind eye to the ones that matter.

"Why should Western Intelligence Agencies get entangled with this maskirovka?"

A look around the Syria business should disabuse anybody of the notion that "Western Intelligence Agencies" aren't already waist deep in maskirovka and that is spilling over into Western Europe. Have a look through say, Steve McIntyre's tweets for some evidence.

People are now noticing that globally viewable ISIS social media accounts are now being shut down .... after their on the ground presence has taken an obvious hammering - but we aren't being told that deals have been done that allow the de-bearded nutters have been given passage out of the former occupied areas - where are they headed ?

As far as interference in politics is concerned ... my own bogey man has for some time been George Soros - after I discovered how many MEPs (and others like Albert Gore) take his money and scripts.

RR. Why should Western Intelligence Agencies get entangled with this maskirovka? As to why the Russians might not be saying anything (in actual fact I repeatedly read that they protest their innocence (as if?)) would you if your plans are going swimmingly?

@Supertroll

I see what you're saying - but - let's face it - both sides are unequivocally "at it" in various areas (it's Persil :-)...btw)

Some actual evidence would be useful - all I'm seeing is pretty lame stuff thrown at the Russians (albeit with some vigor). The 'doh, 'doze 'wikid 'wushin bogey man tactic whenever it's been deployed over the last few years has melted more often than not when closely inspected.

The old KGB crew seemed to have moved wholesale into the oligarchy business and oddly very few of them attract much opprobrium in the west.

Those feeding Mrs May her scripts obviously are struggling to come up with a coherent Brexit stance and this really does look like distraction tactics and plays into the "Russians subverted Brexit vote" thing - big time.

and what @RR said

Minty: it is not so much believing the Russians (who, by the way, are not saying much, at all, just sniggering behind their hands) as not believing the resurgence of them as the bête noir of the West. Thus, the Trump win was “because of Russian interference” – proof of that? None needed, it just needs to be said. Further delving actually shows a closer link between the Democrats and the Russians, but let’s just brush that one under the carpet, shall we? Then, the two collisions of US warships with civilian ships – “Oooh, the wickid Wushins are hacking into the control systems!” So, nothing to do with not looking out of the windows, then?

More and more, them “wicked Wushins” are being used by the media and politicians to excuse their own dodgy tactics and methods, as well as their failures, as more and more people see through the charade. The media lap it up, as it sells their papers (the maxim, “Never let the facts get in the way of a good story,” should always be remembered). I believe that one reason for this is that Putin is not one for the New World Order; this is also the reason Trump is so unpopular, and Farage, and le Pen; these are four of the very few who are not going with the agenda for world governance, and to hell with the little people.
