Quackery? Josh 143

H/t to Tallbloke who spotted the homeopathy quote by Gavin over at Realclimate. Check out his post here. Judith Curry has a much more sensible view on Kevin's Missing heat here.

Is the heat missing or has it been lost? Maybe it has gone into hiding or is on a sabbatical. If it has gone on holiday you would think it would have sent Trenberth a postcard saying, "Wish you were here".

Diluting homoeopathic climate heat in the ocean water. The more you dilute your heat the stronger it gets, and what better way to dilute than to use up *all the water in the world* for your dilution?

You could add error bars to Travestie's testtube (climate standard floor to ceiling).

Trenberth says: "The discrepancies among OHC data sets remain huge. We MUST do better". How DO you do better when what you have is what you have? Trenberth probably will be happy when all the water in the oceans is drained and replaced with Argo buoys. :)

OK, hands up, sorry. I've got the missing heat hidden in my fridge, but I'm not going to let it go until Mann, Jones and the rest of the warmist 'scientists' agree to give me a 50% cut of their funding.

The missing heat of sublimation. Lost when passing from the solid state of classic science to the gaseous state of the post normal.

The placebo effect is alive and well, and is doing very nicely thankyou you're welcome, in climatology.

Josh, that image is a work of art. Colour, composition, and the look on Trenberth's face and his posture is perfect.

Well done.

Apart from Phil Jones (and Judith Curry), are there any climate scientists who do not sport a mustache?
