The definitive history of Climategate.
A few sites I've stumbled across recently....
A happy new year to everyone.

You too Bish. Keep up the good work and best wishes for 2012.
Thanks. And to you and all commenters, have a great and productive 2012.
And a very happy New Year to you Bishop and to all of your flock from Dublin where we are having a nice mild day...so far!
A Happy New Year, one and all !! But enjoy it while you can - it may be your last:
"Over 4.5 Billion people could die from Global Warming-related causes by 2012"
from a 2007 newspaper: http://www.agoracosmopolitan.com/home/Frontpage/2007/01/08/01291.html
If you read it in the paper it must be true.
Happy New Year, Bish, and the same to all who dwell on this blog!
Have any of you noticed a remarkable absence of private fireworks this time?Even last year, bangs and rockets went off from about mid-day in the public parks, lasting well into the early hours of New Year's Day. So the absence of such cannot be ascribed to the weather.
I'm thinking this is due to the economic situation, with not enough spare cash to blow up on smoke, with possibly a change in culture where people prefer to go to the municipal displays: free music, free fireworks, and everybody videoing this and themselves on their mobiles ...
I'm crook. It happens this day every year. Too much of the evil carbon in the form of C2H5OH. You'd think I would have learnt by now. But no.
Anyway best wishes for 2012 to BH and all commenters.
and back to you A.M. Have a great N.Y.
May your house always be too small to contain all your friends. That's an Irish blessing I like.
May your enemies listen to you like Hulme but espress how right you were all along with the clarity of a Huhne. Then hand all their power over to you before they make a further mess. That's one from me.
And if that's a little too much to hope for in 2012, please do me a favour and check out whether I've avoided both Hulme complexity and Huhne deceptiveness in my last post of the old year, which aims to be the simplest thing that could possibly work in persuading someone open minded to look again at the climate change issue. It goes back to a memorable conversation I had after a software event in November. Feedback very welcome.
Happy New Year to you Bish. Many thanks for running such an informative and balanced blog, from which I have learned much and enjoyed much (despite some mouthy interlopers). Incidentally, Viv, there's been plenty of fireworks round my way (and the ones in London looked like the best ever).
Boldog új évet kívánok mindenkinek...
Remember the Mayans may be right ;-)
Happy New Year, Your Grace, from the New World colonies, as well. :-)
Happy New Year one and all. Let's hope this is the year that the alarmists give up and stop fighting a losing battle.
Yes, best wishes for the New Year BH and to everyone out there in the ethernet.
Peace be with you.
And a very happy new year to Bish, Josh and all members and lurkers of this Bishopric :-)
Hilary (aka hro001 who has decided to start the New Year by coming out of the semi-pseudonymous closet!)
