Green Sand - 'June 6th'

"While the difference of 0.1ppm may seem trivial, the expert said it marks a 'psychological tipping point' in our battle against global warming. "

How more real can you get? :)

@Michel there is a bit here on PH's
Note the comment about that as long as the interconnectors are working the UK was probably getting coalpower from Holland etc.

I suspect what is happening is that the power stations are still burning just as much coal, but they are not supplying the grid because of the requirement to give preference to wind and solar. Does anyone know if this is what is happening?

Any comments on the reports of zero coal use in electricity generation in the UK in recent days, maybe longer?

Green Sand: That article is such a crock of s.... - isn't it? I was taken with this line from it:

While 400ppm has been recorded before, the Tasmanian location is regarded as one of the cleanest air sources in the world, so such levels of pollution are said to be a real blow.
And there are people out there - mainly our children/grandchildren - who have been told that CO2 is pollution (except, of course, in order to make it more acceptable, it has been re-branded as 'carbon'.

I agree about the dangers of wholesale medication, such as this, and also fluoride in water, but the problem with folic acid is the foetus needs it in the first trimester, often before the mother realises she is pregnant. If planning a pregnancy, that would be the time to take start taking it .

The accidental pregnancies are the ones to address.
