Happy Christmas!

Happy Christmas to all BishopHill readers and commenters and particularly to those who support the site through donations and subscriptions. It has been a fun year and I hope 2016 will prove just as inspirational.

Merry Christmas to everyone from Anomalously Joyous Southwest Ohio, USA! :)

Merry Christmas Andrew and all.

A very merry Christmas to all, whatever your religious faith, or lack of it.

Josh's cartoon reminds us all how planet earth laughs at climate scientists, and all their science, or lack of it.

Happy Christmas and Hogmanay

Whatever your religious beliefs (or none), this time has traditionally been one of truce if not of outright peace.
May it be so again this year.
Let battle recommence on January 4th.
Meanwhile, a very Merry Christmas to all .... and a Happy New Year (to men of good will!)

Just in case you missed it:
Discussion: Climate Change Christmas Cracker Jokes

I would have liked to also organise a BH Christmas Raffle. But the ticket books all had the same number, 97.

Merry Christmas.

Happy Christmas both, and to all.

Highligfht of my festivities will be on Boxing Day, when I present one of Josh's calendars to my Sussex-educated leftie, Gaia & Corbyn loving but oh-so-smashing visiting daughter and watch her trying - and with any luck failing - to be polite :-)

Josh, how about getting a selection of Christmas cards designed in your inevitable style ready for next winter. I would definitely be up for a few packs.

Glad Yule.

Let's hope Santa brings all good sceptics what they wish for, and a lump of coal for all the warmists. Yule tide felicitations to one and all.

And to you and yours Lord Montford

Sir Josh and Lord Montford! Sounds good to me.

A toast to them both, and best wishes to all for a very merry Christmas. The older I get, the more I love this time in the year! Not even the deadbeats of 'the cause' can dampen it.

Merry Christmas to the Bish and all comenters (even russel).

Enjoy Christmas, rejoice in the birth of Jesus and don't worry about the CO2 from burning candles and the brandy on the Christmas pudding.

God bless,

Pcar

BTW

I am not a Christian. I posted the quote b/c I discovered that modern translations of the angel's message differ dramatically from the King James version and thought I'd share.

@ Lord Beaverbrook

How about a board game? Old type stuff but could be adapted to tablets for the young. Something like snakes and ladders? Or something with 'loaded' questions, so the sceptical answer gains the reward, and parroting the warmist view casts you downwards towards the pit.

Happy New Year, one and all (Chrismas having passed in a Prosecco-fuelled blur....)

A couple of thoughts....

Firstly - seriously - heartfelt sympathy for those in the North of England suffering flooding due to exceptional weather (that's WEATHER, Mr Benn - not 'climate change'....)

Secondly - for those North of the border - if you can no longer arrive at your friends' house on New Year's Eve with a lump of coal (because it doesn't exist any more) - what do you bring..? A solar panel..?

Finally - in 2016 we continue the fight for truth, folks..!

For every day of the year.
: Good will to all friends on BH.
: Thankyou to Bish for giving us this present of a sensible uncensored forum for debate

For every day of the year, especially Christmas
: Thankyou to all those out in all weathers keeping the lights on, and the weather at bay.

For all free thinkers, be thankful we don't have to be sucked-in like the crowd into
- the overconsumption and expense of Christmas & special days
- nor the nightmares and dreams of Green Religion
