Does anyone have any idea how they will enforce their ban on disclosure?. Do they have police or judicial powers?

'Stuff you're talking. Very dangerous. Whole of Western civilisation could be improved if this got out. Secrecy absolutely essential. Whole industry dependent on keeping the faith. God knows what would happen - hundreds of climate scientists on the dole.

Scientists, and the RS in particular, should NEVER hold in camera sessions. This is entirely against the spirit of what they are about. I hope someone recorded the meeting and that it is made available.

btw it is lapogus with an el not an eye, as in grouse.
