Shukman is a tool of British government policy. It really doesn't matter how reasonable he sounds, the BBC will always promote the AGW scam as far as they can. They have had to retract somewhat because 74% of respondents told them they were lying.

If James Lovelock can admit that climate centres around the world are more than well aware how weak their science is, maybe there is hope for Truth winning.

In the podcast David Shukman rewrites history.
In Oct 2001 he was a BBC Foreign Affairs correspondent, having been in the job since April 1999, when he authored a report on the BBC Ten O Clock News linking an african prisoner and the Oryx diamond company to Osama bin Laden. The report had no factual basis and shukman hadn't made even rudimentary checks.
Three weeks later the BBC issued a full blown apology. It was sued and in 2002 paid out a big sum in recompence.
Greg Dyke, the BBC's DG at the time, wanted Shukman dismissed. However as part of damage limitation and face saving Shukman was given a booby prize of the Science correspondent job or unemployment. The BBC I understand has spent several years trying to fill this post.

Since when? I do not detect the so called 'new era for climate reporting'.
Ah well only another 189 years and 184 days to save the planet.

Hush, old adage, "if you might not like the answer don't ask the question". An answer in the affirmative would be disturbing.
I have always liked Outdoor movies, a child standing at the window, looked out from home to the following. Will be able to see the staff busy figure, a huge white cloth has a child hang up and soon will be able to see the movie.
