A couple of dates for your diary. As several people have noted, Judith Curry is to give evidence on uncertainty and science policy at the US House of Representatives on 17th November. This is at 10:30am EST, which makes it 3:30pm GMT by reckoning.
Not on quite the same scale of importance, but David Holland has been speaking to BBC Norwich about Climategate and the programme will go out on Monday 15th November at 19:30. Details here.

"Hackers" - the BBC line, regardless of the lack of evidence. Plod has been investigating whether it was a hack or a whistle blower for nearly a year, and you can be sure that if there were any leads there would have been a leak, sorry briefing, to selected journalists.
Look, climategate is an issue that really deserves it's own documentary instead of being tacked on to some Telly infomercial by the BBC.

BBC Radio 4 'From our correspondant' today covered the Maldives and stated climate change is definately causing sea rise level increases that threaten the Maldives.
Be advised that this is only on BBC (Cambridgeshire, East, HD only) Thus for those living outside East Anglia, you will need to use channel 982 or Astra 2D (28.2°E) - 10773.00 H for those outside the UK.
First reactions to Inside Out.
Well, surprise surprise.... The emails were hacked by a hacker who posted them on the internet and the science of the CRU was defended at three tribunals.
The interview with Mr Holland was reasonably goo though and he managed to convey that the science is not reproducable and that he is a doubter not a denier.
