A thought

If Lord Levy is found guilty, presumably he will be stripped of his peerage, like Jeffrey Archer was?

Lord Archer was not stripped of his peerage. You can only be stripped of a knighthood for being convicted of a criminal offence, not a peerage.

Hmm. You are right I think, but there was an attempt to put legislation in place to this end wasn't there? IIRC they wanted it to be retrospective so as to catch Lord A. Did it it fail to go through?
